After many ramen-fed and caffeine-assisted months of coding, design, research and content creation, the Car Overload Beta website is now open for business. We’d like to give a big thanks to all of our Alpha and Beta testers for kicking the tires and providing such valuable feedback.
So What is Car Overload Anyway?
Car Overload is like one big strainer for online automotive content…except, well, sexy. Don’t you get tired of having to sift though page after page of content in an effort to find, share and discuss the stuff YOU are interested in? Put simply, our goal is to filter out the noise and amplify the signal. Sounds like a lot of work right? Well….it is. And we’re just getting started.
How Does it Work?
Build your own virtual garage with the cars and parts you have, had or want. This immediately connects you to a community of auto junkies that have the same tastes as you. Don’t see what you’re looking for? Use our handy car and part suggestion forms and we’ll add them as soon as possible.
You can also upload and tag images and videos associated with your cars and parts. You’ve worked hard for your ride, let’s see what you’ve got!
We’ve created a nifty little dashboard that helps you keep up to date with all of the content and activity that relates to the cars and parts you love. Use the filters to drill down on content, easily access all of your communities, and view all of your notifications.
Every vehicle and part has its own profile page that shows images, videos, discussions, specs, you name it! And, each vehicle and product belongs to larger communities so you can share, discuss and discover content about your favorite brands and models. Easy to find, easy to follow. Period.
We’ve created an Explore page to help you find new content on the site. But feel free to browse all you want. User cars, photos and videos are being added all the time so come back often.
Find a part you’d like to buy for your ride? Just click on the dealers’ links to order your part.
