Stance? A Little Negative Camber is Good But This is Just Wrong – Photo of the Day

4 Wheel Failure

When lowering your vehicle, the camber angle changes and becomes more negative the lower you go. Most people adjust the camber settings because of this so their tires are more vertical. However, as you may have noticed in some racing cars, there is a bit more negative camber than what you’d see on a normal car because as the car turns, this allows for a greater contact patch, or surface area of the tire hitting the road for some extra grip. Something tells me that these yahoos weren’t going for this or….maybe they just missed the point.
